Our Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and conditions must be understood and agreed upon by Yatries during the Nankana Sahib Yatra.
| · | The Yatries are responsible for their travel, health and any other insurance they require. |
| · | Any persons may be debarred from the traveling for using alcohol, smoking, rowdyism and disobedience during the pilgrimage. |
| · | Regular Pakistani Vegetarian meals will be served during the pilgrimage. |
| · | During the yatra, you will be provided with hotel accommodation based on twin-share, which means you’ll share with a fellow passenger of the same sex if you’re traveling alone. However, if you prefer your own room, it can be arranged to guarantee you a single room for every night of the tour. We have a limited number of single room occupancies, so please book as early as possible. |
| · | Bus seating policy – Handicap yatris will have first preference. All other Yatris are first come first serve basis |
| · | Management may make any changes to travel plans. Yatris are to respect the decision of the management. safety of the Sangat and keeping in view the prevailing local conditions, |
| · | Although every effort will be made for the safety and comfort of the sangat, management shall not be responsible for any liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, accident, andunexpected incidents, delay, and happenings. |
| · | DO NOT leave the group and go anywhere on your own. If yatri leaves the group and wonders away to visit locals or management shall not be responsible for any liability |
| · | In case of cancellation after issuing the Pakistan’s Visa. Administration charges are non-refundable. |
| · | If yatri cancels his/her trip for any reason before the 45 Days of yatra start date, there will be no refund. |
| · | It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled daily bus departures during the yatra. Arriving late may be considered a “no-show”, in which case buses might leave and yatri may have to arrange their ride. |
| · | In order to maintain a positive group dynamic, Nankana Sahib Yatra reserves the right to admit, dismiss, or remove any individual who is considered disruptive or incompatible with the group’s interests, including situations where it is reasonably believed that an individual poses a danger to others or themselves, or has engaged in behavior that may negatively impact the safety, security, well-being, or enjoyment of other participants. |
| · | Medical Services: There will be no doctor or nurse available during the yatra. Should medical attention be required, local services will be contacted. Resulting charges will be the responsibility of thepassenger.Nankana Sahib Yatra will not be responsible for the services provided. |
| · | RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Nankana Sahib Yatra Ltd: Nankana Sahib Yatra Ltd, Its Directors, officers, employees and affiliates,(collectively “Nankana Sahib Yatra”) does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services foryour trip including, for ex: ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. Independent contractors may utilize the Nankana Sahib Yatra logo on signage or uniforms solely for identification purposes which does not signify Nankana Sahib Yatra ownership, management or control. As a result, Nankana Sahib Yatra is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without any limitations, Nankana Sahib Yatra is not responsible forany injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of anygoods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind,labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural, or other defective conditions in hotels.or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness,epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Nankana Sahib Yatra. In addition, I release Nankana Sahib Yatra from its negligence and assume all risk thereof. |
| · | By participating in the Nankana Sahib Yatra, you permit the organization to take photographs or videos during the trip and to use these images for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation. |
| · | If you plan to visit India, ensure that you have obtained a Multiple Visa for entry into the country. |
| · | According to the India Govt. Law, you can not carry Indian Currency to Pakistan through Wagah Border. Otherwise,Indian Govt. Will Seize your Currency. You can carry only Canadian or American Currency. |
| · | We will arrange to exchange your currency in Pakistan. |
